TX se01 create customize TR request option Transport of copies.
create request with desired name
double click the request and go to object tab and put the data accordingly PROG=R3TR
OBJ=TABU and Object name = table name which you would like to export.
save and go to tab properties and add target system and save and transport the TR.. this will start exporting ......
